Appalling. Atrocious. Utterly shambolic. The worst company I've ever had to deal with. I have been waiting a month for a refund for a fine I should never have had to pay. My emails are routinely ignored- read receipts are never received back, so they arent even opening them. Appalling customer service. The worst I have ever encountered. I would strongly urge folk to use Hertz or Avis. Walking would be preferable tbh.

Never work for this company if you are from an ethnic decent they treat you unfairly and unequal compared with white employees they creat rules as they go that’s right for them. It’s all lies taking excess and road side protection from customers the employees do doggy stuff they have 0 contract hours for cleaners cars are not sanitised when they state they are even during covid. Home working team are racist and think they can be because it’s not in person waste of time and head office are blind to it all because they are only concerned about there pay. Worst dodgy company ever

An absolutely disgusting company, I have now been waiting a month for my complaint to be handled relating to disability discrimination and poor customer service, I have been promised call back after call back from management to no avail. they have a total disregard of peoples disabilities, they are a shameful company if you are a customer.

Great place to work. Recommended. Pity it's in Egham and not in London ?. On the plus side, it's close to Heathrow and the Surrey countryside.
