Phoned for information several times when I was fairly new to seizures and feeling overwhelmed by it all. I was given incorrect information regarding triggers and types of seizures (eg being told something that was a trigger for me 'couldn't be a seizure trigger'). After speaking to another charity and an online support group, I found many others who experienced that same trigger and felt much less alone.

I think it should go without saying that a charity offering information to people with epilepsy should be offering CORRECT information! I was left feeling confused and upset at a time when I was already struggling with numerous daily seizures...not good!
