Very bad experience with these people booked appointment twice with them to help me fill out disability living allowance form because I thought I might make mistakes. The annoying thing was they only let me know their staff member can't do it when i only had one hour left to my appointment. it happened twice within one week.

Hired out silk hall . They kept the deposit without consulting me, until I chased it over 2 weeks later. They said we caused damage with hot drinks. We had NO hot drinks at the event !! They eventually gave the deposit, coz I had to do their job for them & reconfirm details. What a shambles of an organisation, their booking staff are rude and obnoxious. They called me x4 times for full payment, when it was paid in FULL at the booking stage !! Unprofessional and really don’t know what customer service is or how to communicate with people who spent over £1.5k to hold an event there. You were super quick to take and chase money that is Already in Your account, but not to follow up on customer service. Disgusting and shameful for a so called community project. Never again. (See attached email and of course they rarely reply to messages ) weekend or not. , the phone number was given was a point of contact for the day. Do not book privately here, save your money and self respect and give it where you are and your guests are valued! It was more than human error, take this complaint to your Board. And have the chair contact me !

Just like to say a big thank you for helping me with my forms if it wasn't for this place I would have had major stress and anxiety to get forms filled as it is quite a daunting task. Pervez has helped me with this who is an incredible person and very understanding from start to finish he was helpful can't thank him enough. Thank you guys again for your services it is very well appreciated.

Went to Smyths toy shop today in Bradford on Canal Road with my little daughter to get some toys each isle I was walking down the security guard was following and peeping made me feel very uncomfortable to shop around I spoke to a young lady at the tills and told her I felt uncomfortable she spoke very rudely to me with attitude ‘’She said that’s what he has been told to do and I’ll tell the manager about your feed back’’ I don’t think any customer should get followed around whilst shopping in a family environment or get felt uncomfortable I don’t think I would be going there again appalling customer service and stinking attitude and no experience or respect how to speak to customers been a regular customer for years just takes one person to change that also very miserable staff like they get forced to come to work if you can’t treat customers with love and respect then you should stay home

Parvez has helped us immensely with continuous support regarding some issues my mother had with her allowances.
He is a very caring person and understands peoples needs especially the elder whom he deals with extra care and support. He makes people feel welcome and builds good relations so you know you have some where to go and don't feel alone.

A wonderfull building on the outside. But the best part is threw the Great doors. The entrance into a modern interior with expert adviser on hand. If you have any questions on Disability and quality of life this is the place for you. Just one phone call and I promise you will be best thing you have ever done!!!!

Great place to find Benefit Advice and Disability products very friendly staff, they also have office space to let and a large functions room. Fabulous Coffee Shop, Charity Shop, and Hub.
