In the four months since first meeting Jane, my body has stopped aching, my bloating has vanished, my emotional health has drastically improved and my sense of self has joyfully emerged. I had a massage with Jane at the end of a very busy and stressful week just before Christmas. It was just what I needed to relax and unwind before the start of the holidays. Jane used some lovely aromatic oils and worked firmly and deeply without being harsh. I think we should all look after ourselves more. A massage with Jane now and then is definitely a good way to start

Jane came highly recommended. I live in the north west and at first I was dubious about the lengthy trip, it was so worth it, and I was delighted with Jane’s care and compassion. During lockdown I have continued my sessions remotely, and I have been blown away by the results. If you are looking to get into tip top health, both physically and mentally I can highly recommend Jane. Her knowledge and care is exceptional. She doesn’t just listen, she actually hears what you are saying, she is quick to assess, and asks relevant questions to provide bespoke, individual care and advice. I have taken advantage of Jane’s kinesiology and Heartspace treatments, and both have provided excellent results. Jane is so encouraging and supportive, answering emails with helpful and appropriate advice, with great speed. She makes you feel that you are her only client!

I was recommended to see Jane as I was suffering from high levels of histamine which had caused silent acid reflux and a constant sore throat. After only a few sessions Jane concluded that the cause was from mould spores which seemed odd as I didn't think we had a problem with mould but after investigation we discovered a leak from the washing machine and once the tiles were removed a further small leak that had been going on for years seeping beneath the tiled floor. Once the floor had been replaced I felt better within a few days. I could have been on tablets from the doctors for years but Jane gets to the root of the problem and I cannot thank or recommend her enough.
