I was charged £316 suddenly, I was not sure why it charged a lot and I called and emailed to them. I was advised to call bank to stop to pay £316. they emailed to me “ Action require payment over due” I called in the morning and they cut off. I was not able to do anything. This is threatening and no sense. I really disappointed I checked the company has good review but I can say that that’s false. Next time, I will never make contract with the company anymore. Honestly I highly would not recommend.

Have been with them 3 years, from the onset there have been issues, not setting up the utilities as requested, lack of communication, inaccurate billing / overcharging and blocked us from leaving, had to quote their own small print to them as my right to.
I do not recommend this company to any small business unless you have your own legal team.

Shocking experience. I am now going to be paying a large sum of money to terminate my contract. They charge two months up front which I was happy to pay, but I have since had a number of occasions when they have charged me double my actual usage, it is not clear where this money goes to. No one answers the phone, they don't respond to emails. I have to read the meter myself which is 50 meters from my house in a manhole, otherwise they make up the most ridiculous bills. Stick to a reputable company such as Business Stream.

Absolute joke! I’ve not been with these thieves long and I’ve just got a bill for £45 more than I usually pay! And they’re saying it’s an estimate, even though I’ve been sending my metre readings every month! £45 MORE!!! Do not go with this company

I haven't had a good experience with everflow and was holding off on writing a review for a while, but honestly enough time has passed since and they still haven't sorted my issue.

Customer service is very slow and they don't respond on time, even when its an urgency. I requested 2 bins for me and my partners business and they gave us 3. Our third bin is now on the street, with members of public using it as a bin for themselves because the waste service didn't recollect it. Everflow is supposed to be the intermediate party in between to sort this mess out, but they have failed to do so and its been over a few weeks since they've failed to do anything. There's no point in having an intermediate party involved if they cant communicate with the 1) supplier properly and the 2) customer properly. I'm being charged for 3 bins and the collection days are the wrong days according to the waste supplier, despite everflow stating otherwise. My case isnt geting the attention it deserves and it should all be sorted quickly instead of dragging on for weeks. Im very dissapointed.

Absolutely thieves the are literally robbing you. Don’t trust what the say when you taking the contract out the make look like it’s so cheap it’s only after you say yes.then can’t leave apparently because you’ve signed an verbal contract so be careful,and also the make the bills so complicated so you don’t understand and over charge you.after so many attempts to sort the issue with them the have not solved my problem keep on over charging me.now I’ve decided to cancel my contrac. don’t go with them, they’re rubbish ⚠️
