I had my first session with Donna at every turn today and I must say, she was unbelievably helpful and knowledgeable. She really listened to me and made me feel heard. She gave me some really insightful information about my past trauma and I think I may stand a chance of learning to deal with those deep routed emotions with her continued support. I cannot say a bad word about my experience so far! Thank you

Many words could be used but I feel the most suitable is damaging, for a “company” that strives to provide mental health support it’s ironic that they somehow manage to find any and every way to make you worse. “ We’re here so no one struggles alone” I think that needs rephrased to… “ we’ll destroy your trust, cause you great distress so you have no choice other than to struggle alone”. With that being said it is important to highlight some of the amazing support workers and nurses that should not be tarred with the same brush, but unfortunately they are very few and far between.

Had two therapists while I was there. The first had little in the way of helpful advice and left the organisation shortly after I started. The second one would drone on and on, at some times give bad advice given my situation, and I felt they didn't listen, so when they gave me homework I felt I was doing everything on my own, and I would often feel exhausted and in a low mood after appointments by phone.

This is 3rd time I changed my comment. In a suitable situation, I will fully explain why the comment was changed 3 times. It is not recommended for foreigners who have sensitive cases.
