If your vegan DONT EVEN BOTHER for cream tea. I paid full price to receive a fully in vegan platter and was told that 2 cakes are vegan!? I paid full price I’m so disappointed and after complaining all I get get is a sandwich and 2 cakes. We rang up stating 2 poeple are vegan and was told there are accommodations. Nothing special was given to us!! Everything vegan just happened to be vegan and was in everyone else’s boards!!! Why are we such an afterthought don’t bother offering it if it isn’t real!!! I’m fed up of paying for less all the time and everything vegan was touching things I cannot eat. After being vegan for 2 years I can get sick if I eat dairy or meat!!

The car park was opposite and very convenient paid with app so was really easy, entrance was nicely laid out so I could sit with my autistic son and keep him occupied while waiting for the show to start, staff were very friendly and the christmas cracker show organisers were very welcoming and organised, the show for children was lovely the elf she charmed my son, he sang his little heart out which was amazing. Santa was great my son was soo excited seeing him. The gift giving way to queue was very well organised and my son was able to interact with the elf and santa and it was great. All in all one happy nanna, mum and most importantly 5 year old who after was very excited for christmas and came home and put on elf on shelf dvd. Thanks to all the organisers and staff made his day and so ours.

Grandson had fabulous time here. Basic refreshments available, toilets on site. Plenty of seating to watch kids playing. Staff very friendly, accommodating. Parking nearby.
