I watched my nan on the programme. She was the manager of one of the hostels for 7 years run by Expectations who leased it 3 years ago. Ever since they took over it went down hill quickly. No care or support is provided for the tenants or staff. My nan cares a lot for the tenants. My nan was unfairly dismissed of her job as manager by Expectations. Since her dismissal I have seen her go down hill with depression, that job was her life and she genuinely cared for the tenants well being. These people need to be named and shamed for there disgusting behaviour. I hope who ever reads these reviews will do something about it and help the tenants get the help and support they need. The tenants are not scum they are human beings!!

They are supposed to be "supported living" but their residents at Aston Hotel in Birmingham are constantly harassing people by the Perry Barr Tesco begging for change. Ever since this shambles of an organisation took over the Aston Hotel they have completely ruined the area. If they were forcefully ousted from the locality, I'd say they deserve it

Just seen the ITV documentary, abusive security, no care plans or support, ÂŖ 230 00 a week ! To torment, take photographs and laugh at a dying man is despicable ! A charity that someone somewhere is making a nice profit from. Describing the cook and cleaner as support workers ! Shame on you all !

You are a disgrace, I work with some of the most vulnerable homeless people in Liverpool, and watching that program, I find you heartless, cold and some of your staff absolutely vile!!! I will do my bit and make sure we spread your name around the country to warn referral services about how you treat these clients!! 😡

I have just watched the torment of a dying man by the people who should have been caring for him. Never mind that he was an ex police officer, he was dying and in need of care and compassion. I hope that all those involved in this disgusting incident, die very slowly, painfully and alone.
