For all the facilities and expertise of this hospital, their utter lack of regard for the sanctity of patients' time is concerning. You come on appointment and spend the whole day to see a doctor. Not even Government hospitals wastes your time this prodigally. I believe a lot of improvement needs to happen in this area.

Big and well equipped eye hospital with relevant specialists located in a serene environment. All eye rated ailments are treated here including surgeries. There is also a store where exquisite glasses frames are sold. There are enough seats for (patients) guests and there's a dispensing machine for snacks and drinks as there is no in-hospital catering which may be a downside....on the other hand, the hospital is surrounded by restaurants and supermarkets to carter for food et al. There is also enough parking space for cars.

Too much staff, hence making some of them not useful, they can delay you till God knows when, even with the multitude staff.
The doctors are great sha, but are usually very busy, if you miss your appointment you're on your own

I have not gone there an ophthalmologist recommended it for me but I have been trying all their numbers I saw on google from all their branches but to no avail, I booked on 11/7/2024 against 12/7/2024, I sent messages to their WhatsApp hoping that by now I will receive response and start going but to no avail, my booking appointment too I have not received response,

I take my dad for his visits to Eye Foundation in Ikeja regularly and I will have to say that I need blood pressure pills when I go there. The wait time is ridiculous. You come in at 9am and don’t end up leaving until 4pm just to see a doctor. They overbook their appointments. The doctors are very good but they work like headless chickens running here and there. It’s ridiculous. They need to mange their appointments better.

Their processes should be more patient friendly. They also don’t seem to believe in paperless environments because you must sign at least 4 sheets of paper for consultation and another 4 for pharmacy ?.
Then their staff do not say Please and Thank you. Except for the doctors, others need customer service training!
