I actually can't fault this firm they put me back right track for once in my life and finally able keep my money safe I had tones off problems not anymore and I have Leslie she is lovely I'm in a completely different place now apart from my health but this firm is changing way I don't have worry my money being took now I know its safe being looked after way should be I have had no problems this company I hope carry on this company til end my days I have gave 5 stars because five stars they deserve I generally cannot fault Leslie and Ryan at all and thankyou for helping me daily putting me back on track again

Absolutely terrible there's hardly any communication they only care about the clients with vogue future living in Northampton and do not pay my bills I have requested to switch back to my former advocate and still waiting.
Wendy is awful and doesn't meet your needs and finance team come up with lies and excuses.
They should be investigated by the ombudsman as they don't tell me about any payments I have coming in or given me my cost of living payments stay away from these absolute disgrace.

They do not pride to data protection, they take control and do not want to let go.
Wendy is very gobby and will tell details about other people so make sure you record phone calls for data protection reasons.
They estimate things a lot and expect everyone to do things by the book when they don't do it themselves.
I'd stay well clear of this joke of a company.
They also charge you for their services even though all they do is hold money and ring around people.
I have made a full complaint against Wendy and nothing was done despite evidence of Wendy breaching data protection Act.
I'd go to citizens Advice before ever going to these.... Even social services have concerns about data protection
