Worst company to deal with!

With regret I write this review :-(. From what was a brilliant relationship over 5-6 years they decide to throw it away for one complaint. Very temperamental company.

We made a complaint about a extra charges on our account, which we thought was unfair, because it was the first time we had been told about such charges would occur.

We told them “We are not happy paying charges we had not agreed to in our contract”
Also mentioned we’ve been your customer for many years and Yes and for the future I understand The charges and will accept.

But no understanding was shown and was told they are closing account. Is this how a pallet-force member behaves? With a small business? We always pay our invoices.

We feel we were only treated like this because we a small business! We were Dispensable...

We would have never been treated like this if we were a big customer.

Just had a three pallet delivery from Fagan & Whalley.
Amy the delivery driver had to park some distance away and went above and beyond to ensure that the delivery was carried out well.

After dealing with F&W for over 14 years and having going through the trauma of one of their drivers nearly killing himself after pulling a pallet onto himself in our yard when he incorrectly strapped our item his vehicle, when he had been told it was top heavy and needed securing correctly, they then served notice on our account due to the driver shortages and high demand. Very disappointing.

Good tackle decent pay if you show respect and treat them right you get in return learned a lot and most of my general haulage knowledge from here only left due to traveling as I lived far away
