A good service, but when we cancelled 2 appointments due to work commitments we were completely dropped. Very disappointed. Councillors seem to be very female bias. So no luck if you want a males point of view.

If I could give lower I would,, they attempted to force unwanted people into our mediation - so asked for a temporary hold - when attempted to re engage with the service when the time felt better they completely ignored us
