The centre is easily accessible, with a discreet entrance. There is a good selection of toys for all age groups, all in good condition (considering they are used regularly by different children).

Shannon went above and beyond to arrange sessions, with limited availability. Charlotte supervised the contact. The reports were detailed and accurate and any questions I had were answered with no hesitation.

I am very disappionted with this service. Communication was very poor, they were very unhelpful and no urgency about them. It took them 4 weeks to eventually arrange contact and then they could not facilitate the contact I needed with my children. Eventually went to another company who sorted everything out in 1 week and they were able to give me exactly what I needed.
