My nephew went to this organisation to enquire about volunteering at their South Wigston Branch. They made promises , but turned him down due to being over qualified and wanting retired people as volunteers who would stay with them in the long run. They also turned down his friend who they felt was too slow at his volunteering role.

Anyone wanting to volunteer , just be careful especially if you have learning needs , but capable of volunteering. Volunteering is meant to be a two sided thing with equal opportunities policies in place. Look elsewhere for volunteering.
