Amazing fireworks, food was overpriced for the quality but is usual like most of these events. Had some fun stalls. Some seating wasn't suitable due to the roof blocking the fireworks and parking was a challenge.

Excellent day out at one of the traditional homes of Rugby League, the ground sits next to Featherstone Railway Station which is on the Wakefield Westgate to Knottingley route. The stadium has two older seated stands on the East and West side, which are flanked by two cantiliver stands originally purchased from Scarborough Athletic's former McCain Stadium, one of which is only half the original structure length and known as "The Stable".It is not clear if the club holds the other half of the stand in storage awaiting thurther redevelopments however the south end of the ground is an open terrace, and here you will find Featherstone's most vocal supporters.

I would have given the ground a five star ratings but for the fact that the e-ticket did not give a ground layout and turnstile entrance point,it was just a home support general admission ticket, and having looked at aerial photos i decided The Stable was the best place to watch the game from. I was able to find assistance from the lady in the club shop who advised me to go to the south end of the ground and walk round the terrace rear to access the east side stand & The Stable.None of the stewards checked if i had a ticket so i could have just walked in without paying!

Rugby very good, stand adequate but facilities back in the dark ages. One outside bar selling expensive bottles. One food outlet with an enormous queue. I politely asked if I could be allowed access to an alternative bar considering it was cold and raining but was told no! . I certainly wont be going to post office road again

We went to watch Wakefield Trinity on Friday and the facilities are very poor. 1200 away fans and only a piss pot for 3 men and one toilet. The floodlights are inadequate with half the bulbs not

working. No lighting outside the ground and terrible footpaths with old people tripping and falling. The outside bar with two good working girls doing their best to serve the hundreds queuing for drinks only to run out of beer and pop it was ridiculous.. You lost out on a lot of revenue that night Rovers get your act together.
