Really happy with the service provided. We sold our old home through another agent and bought our new home through Fenn Wright. We received great service from viewing to moving in. The whole team were very helpful. I can't remember names but the sales progressor and the 2 gentleman that showed us around our property were particularly great! It should not have been this difficult to get my deposit back from my shared tenancy that was ended totally legitimately in the correct way. This was something that was made unnecessarily complicated. The experience of getting the deposit back and the suggestions of incoming tenants paying me directly caused so much unnecessary stress. It should never be this hard to get a deposit back and it should not take days to do so when you’ve been a legitimate and good tenant.

The Fenn Wright team at the Kesgrave Office provide an outstanding service. All members of staff are extremely helpful and keep you regularly updated. It was quick and easy to arrange our first meeting and the enthusiasm Sophie in particular showed at the prospect of marketing our home gave us confidence in the fact that we would have a quick sale. From start to finish everyone at Fenn Wright worked hard to sell our house.
Pictures taken for the online posting were very good.
They lined up lots of viewings in a short space of time and it didn't take long for us to sell.
Communication was excellent throughout - I never had to wait long for a call back.
Special mention to Sophie who kept us updated regularly and did all she could to keep the process moving smoothly.
Pete also was a pleasure to deal with and expended some extra effort to get us over the line.
