The staff at Ferfoot were absolutely incredible with my Nanny even though her stay was very short they took care of her so well especially during end of life. I appreciate you all.

The staff were all so very kind, not only to my nanny but watching them with other residents was so lovely to see.

This care home is excellent. The staff are really friendly, understanding and take time with ALL the residents. The atmosphere is clean and fresh and there is always activity at the home. The food is 5 star and there is always plenty to drink and snack foods are readily available. The grounds are lovely and I would strongly recommend this place.

Visited my sister again today. Impressed with her care. All the staff seem thoughtful, caring and very aware of my sister's needs. The home is beautifully clean. The food looks nutritious, and is well presented.

Staff try but the food I would not wanna eat the smell of urine makes you wanna be sick the dinning area does not look anything like the pictures the furniture is old falling apart and dirty stained I've seen the young girls eating and picking at residents food I've seen a man urinate on floor whilst another man Sat there splashing his feet in it a lady walking around with a swollen lip from a reaction to eatting bars of soap and alot more would not wish my worse enemy there

I personally think this place is the worst possible place anyone could want to spend the rest of there days and if the residents didn't have dementia they would agree
