Title: Disappointing Experience at Love Foundation Company

Review: I recently had an encounter with Love Foundation company, and I must say that I was extremely disappointed by their attitude and lack of empathy. The website claims that they help people in crisis, especially those fleeing domestic abuse, with a unique approach. However, my personal experience with them contradicts their supposed mission.

On the 6th of July, I happened to be at Anglia Ruskin University and decided to visit Love Foundation company during my lunch break. I was on the 9th floor of the import building, and since I needed warm water, I thought I could request some from their kettle. To my surprise, only two individuals were present in the office—the owner and a staff member. I politely asked if it would be possible to get some warm water, explaining my situation. Unfortunately, the owner responded by stating that they couldn't provide warm water because their insurance did not cover such an action.

This incident left me puzzled and questioning the authenticity of their claims. The Love Foundation company's website emphasizes their dedication to helping marginalized individuals who feel isolated and left to face their crises alone. However, this refusal to provide a simple request for warm water, despite having the means to do so, raises doubts about their commitment to helping people in need. It also makes me wonder if their donation collection efforts are truly being utilized for the stated purpose.

Based on my personal experience and the stark contrast between their online claims and real-life actions, I cannot trust or recommend Love Foundation company. Their response to a simple request for warm water displayed a lack of compassion and understanding. If they cannot provide basic assistance to someone seeking help, it raises serious concerns about the effectiveness and sincerity of their overall mission.

I was expecting help so I asked for any food bank open today coz I got no food but NO help at all.Really really bad service I don't know why this company open n who do they really help they just show off. Never got help from them.
