Fit 4 Life has had an enormous impact on students at Wildern School since 2021. The sessions typically comprise of 6 students supported by a student coach. They are fun, challenging and supportive. They allow students to express their emotions and push themselves both physically and mentally. Feedback from students has been overwhelmingly positive with most individuals recommending it to their peers and saying that it is "amazing". Thank you Dan!

Dan and fit 4 life is just amazing. My teen son views his fit 4 life sessions as the highlight of his week! Dan is kind and encouraging and my son (who had ASD and severe anxiety) comes home, exhausted but sooo happy and pumped! Thank you ?
