Faulty item purchased. They have no customer service at all. They don’t reply to messages, phone just rings, no email address, no website nor facebook. Check the condition of your purchase because you will be stuck with it. Avoid the owners don’t work there, they just employ staff. Overpriced tat, won’t visit again. Buy from a company who has retail values.

Bought a T-shirt from this shop in July last year as a present for my father.
The T-shirt did not fit so I called the shop and organised to post it back and subsequently received a refund.
The shop wanted my payment details contained in the returns package, which I was unwilling to do.
Having seen the T-shirt was successfully delivered, I called to organise the refund by given details over the phone. I left a voicemail.

The shop called me back once, which I missed due to being at work.
I have subsequently called back well over 10 times (and counting). No answer. Multiple voicemails left with my contact details. No call back.

The shop has thus not honoured it’s refund as discussed and has owed me money for well over a year.

Excellent customer service nothing too much for the ladies and their personal service. Beautiful Italian clothing at low prices. It's such an Aladdin's cave of jewellery, bags, scarfs and women's clothing. Highly recommend a visit as you won't want to leave!!

The shops was really nice,with lots of pretty clothes and jewellery. I purchased a ring and a bracelet,the lady working behind the till didn’t even look at us,or smile or talk. She just gave us a really dirty look. I wasn’t sure if my card had been accepted as she didn’t say anything. Was really disappointing.

Excellent customer care and a wide range of beautiful Italian and French clothing at very low prices. Great jewellery! Would highly recommend a visit to this Aladins cave of goodies. Staff are amazingly friendly and helpful and always happy to help and advise. Five out of five!

Great shop in the middle of Padstow stockists of Weird Fish Clothing, Powder and Red Cuckoo. We always love going to this shop when we are in the town such lovely and helpful staff nothings too much! Always top quality goods that are different to anywhere else that we have seen. We would recommend anyone to give it a visit next time they are in Padstow. We certainly will be!

I bought a small green camera bag for £40 in this shop. I asked if it was leather and was told it was. I have now gone to use it and found it is is PU. I am miles from Padstow and not able to return. I'm fuming at the deception.
