Some nice products but unfortunately I have had a few bad experiences of this place; on 2 occasions I visited having been told a product would be in stock and it was not and once I visited on a Sunday expecting the shop to be open (per what Google says it’s opening hours are) and it was not. It would be less problematic if there was a phone number to phone beforehand to double check, but there is not. And finally the shop does not offer refunds or store credit which I think it should be more upfront about at the till point - I purchased a product which I was unhappy with (it was unused) but I wasn’t allowed a refund or to swap it for something else.

I absolutely loved coming here for a quick hot cocoa while running errands. Unfortunately I’ve since moved back to the US:(
