Some great bargains but furniture is ridiculously overpriced, especially as it was stuff they were given for free. Staff are nice and very friendly and helpful only downside is the prices of the furniture, we're they more reasonable would of given 5 stars.

Great charity shop under newish management. The manager and her team have worked hard to improve the place. Fletch is also friendly and helpful. Keep up the good work!

A very worthy charity, but a truly awful shop comprising a collection of items that would normally go straight to a council tip. They don't offer refunds, so my 80+ year old dad who paid for a filthy, utterly worthless sofa from the 1980's (his eyesight is failing) now has a £160 credit note that he'll never use.

It's over priced, the soft furnishings are filthy, and the whole place stinks of dirty unwashed items. Bad experience all round, although had to laugh at a the window display, a tartan style sitting room chair with its back legs on the front and front legs on the back, I know this because Dunelm delivered two identical chairs to my home.
