Being a regular, I was surprised on visiting today. It is so cluttered, looks untidy and the layout makes it difficult to freely walk around, for fear of bumping in to something or knocking it over.
People with prams, wheel chairs or mobility scooters will have no chance of manoeuvring easily.
I spoke to the two ladies in the shop about this change, because it has always been customer based with all customer needs in mind.
Unfortunately they explained this new layout was implemented earlier in the week, and it has to stay this way.
Having an invisible illnesses, this has made me apprehensive about shopping there again.

I asked them to come to a haberdashery shop I was clearing out we had a lot of cabinets as well as storage units out back as well as Habitat restock. The assistant manageress said she would get the manager to come over and see me IM STILL WAITING!
So I went to the Barnardos charity shop in the same precinct and they were given £5,000.00 worth of goods. I’m now clearing a flat that was rented by the owner of the shop and I have a load of stuff to give away, but due to their lack of interest the first time I’ve gone back to Bernardo’s. Well forces support you have mist out again all because you were to lazy to walk over the road.

£5 old,dirty T-shirt,excuse - inflation.
Even inflation would be real thing, people who invest, can use excuse for price rise, second hand shop gets everything for free, yet greed push them to charge for stinking t-shirt as much as for new.

Utilities went up,they say!
They went for me too,I don't ask you to pay my electric bill, because that's not your responsibility,
buyer is not the one who should pay your bills.

And no, CEO stealing hundred of thousands of pounds each year,is not good cause.!

shop and staff are wonderful , when it first opened nothing really in the shop didn't find many good items , since summer seems to have new manger lots of volunteers, the shop was dull and very dark inside , it's now set out lovely with a friendly atmosphere, prices are not bad , but the clothing is a lot more expensive compared to other shops in Brierley Hill
Compton care clothes start from 99p rarely no more than £2.99 all items in forces are £5 and above , this is not a rich area people are looking at charity shops to help with the cost of living ,
speaking on the cost of living the Shop is like an Ice box it's freezing 🥶 not heat on the staff are wearing layers 😑 I'm sure this is against workers rights they really need to look into that , I bet the top bosses are nice and toasty by a log fire 🔥
