Great walk with two car parks, one to the right of the road and another further down. There is a crossing over railway lines, but then you can head to the beach. Along the way there are plenty of signposts with historic details of how tidemills was used throughout the years.

A great shame the place is so derelict. Very green in its time. It is close to the beach and a relaxed area to visit but not much of mills and sluice to be seen, except that it was quite a large facility
