Foundation changed our view on estate agents.
When a house we loved came on the market with Foundation we called them up for advice on putting our house on the market. Promptly, our house was valued, photographed and beautifully marketed, ready to be put on the market. The house we wanted sold within days of being on the market, at this point we asked Foundation to hold off from putting ours live on the market. Having kept us in their thoughts, a few months later we had a call to say the house was back on the market, within 20 minutes of that call our house was live on Right Move.
The process of both buying and selling with Foundation has been incredible. Special mentions to Kevin and Terrie who really went the extra mile to help us before our offer was accepted. Without them, we wouldn’t have got the house.
Once our offer was accepted Kelvin was brilliant, no problem was too big for him, he would get it done - within minutes!
I would recommend Foundation to anybody, they really have changed our view of Estate Agents.

Thank you for a great service selling our property!
Experienced staff provide advice and support at each stage. Brilliantly organised team who focus on different stages of the sale process. This gives the customer a sole person to deal with at each stage who has all the information on your property , and who is your point of contact, which works so efficiently for sellers and buyers. All staff are great at contacting you and being available. Brilliant photography, walk through video and brochure compilation too, each contributing to a sale. Thank you to you ALL I spoke to each and everyone at some point and you all made the house selling process so much smoother and nicer!

When we found Sunnybank we knew it was our forever family home. Foundation were very accommodating and professional while viewing the house and everything was completed in a relaxed manner without any pushy sales. Once we sold and were able to put in an offer, the communication was excellent and you were never left waiting for an answer for long. It took a while, due to our first buyer pulling out late but luckily were able to secure another sale quickly. This time we have exchanged and couldn't be happier.
Foundation are an excellent company and i would recommend them to anyone interested in selling a home. They are professional, yet there is a personal approach in dealing the any given situation and they seek to find solutions. I really couldn't have asked for more. Thanks All
