We recently visited the facility
and one of the major issues was the complete absence of changing rooms and toilets, which severely hindered the overall convenience and comfort for visitors. It's disheartening that such fundamental amenities were not provided, as they are essential for any facility aiming to cater to the needs of its customers.
Furthermore, the behavior of the management staff was notably discourteous and unprofessional.
Despite our disappointing encounter, we do acknowledge that there may be other positive aspects of the facility that I might not have had the opportunity to experience. However, based on our personal encounter, I regretfully cannot recommend this facility for football fun and games, we believe it's crucial for a facility to prioritize the provision of basic amenities such as changing rooms and toilets. Additionally, maintaining a friendly and approachable staff is essential in creating a positive and welcoming environment for guests
