I am delighted that I found Foundations Physio: the team are supportive, encouraging, knowledgable, friendly and caring. They take the time to get to know the individual needs of every single patient, and tailor their services accordingly.
I have Multiple Sclerosis and find that large gaps between appointments with consultants, MS Nurses or NHS physios means that I can go for long periods without any support. But having first used Foundations Physio in 2021, the continued contact I have had with them since has been invaluable.
I have regular 1-2-1 appointments at my home; attend weekly Neurofit exercise classes; have support and advice about equipment and strategies to help with walking, exercise and strength; and have recently started hydrotherapy sessions.
I cannot recommend Foundations Physio highly enough.

We have used Foundations Physio since my mum came out of hospital in Oct 2021. She has had multiple after effects following a stroke including mobility difficulties. Amado has been just brilliant with her, he is positive and very engaging with her and she loves his sessions. Hes very knowledgeable on her symtoms and abilities. Plus he's always on time and covid aware. And finally we've seen progress in my mum which is thanks to the physio and her own determination. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Foundations Physio and Amado.
