I cannot speak more highly of the professionalism and conduct of every single member of staff at this venue. The centre is a vital function for some families who really need support and this centre makes families come together when other options are not possible. Children's needs are at the forefront of their mission and without the professional support of this centre (and every single member of their staff) some things may not be possible for families. If you ever require their services please do not hesitate. Sam in particular is a fantastic young man and with the guidance of the senior staff he will no doubt thrive in the industry he has chosen.

Would not recommend, very biased against dads, do not quote what is actually said, the rooms are filthy. And very dangerous, my son nearly impaled his head on an uncovered radiator temp control, image provided. I also missed my contact before Christmas as they never sent me schedule for visitation, didn’t even get an apology. The staff are absolutely rude, these people do not realise the influence their reports have in a court case. I would recommend buying a dictaphone and recording everything that is said during contact as their reports are incorrect and they use clever word play and report way out of context

If I could give a zero i would, worst place ever! They allow the second parent to not pay their facilities are absolutely ridiculous. There is no parking at all. This place needs shutting down !! They also have no payment method apart from at the centre thats ridiculous!

UPDATE.....

The reviews speak for themselves!
The facilities are not good enough especially for young children. The rooms are small and inadequate.

Some staff are nice others not so much as previous reviews have stated!

The payment methods I was referring to, is that you can only pay at the centre, there is NO other way of payment, so I don't understand what the comment on cheque and ID is about? Merely stating for people to understand that there is no form of online payment or over the phone payment ONLY AT THE CENTRE IN PERSON.

Courts and payments? I did not refer to this so please read properly.
One parent pays 150 deposit and continues to pay for sessions ahead of time so the other parent does not have to This is a FACT! absolutely nothing to do with a court ordering payment.

I merely stated you do not have a parking facility, yes there is parking around but yourselves do not provide parking, this is just a comment. I do not understand why the need of speaking about government and funding etc has been said.

The fact that as a business you feel the need to reply to all the people who have provided negative comments is ridiculous!
But you have showed the rudness in your replies to people who are genuinely just giving a review
Shameful really

I had a very good experience with this organisation. They really supported by son seeing his father, and the welcoming environment put him at ease. I cant thank them enough for their support.

If I could give 0 stars then I would. Staff are unprofessional and untrained. Staff are completely biased towards the non resident parent. Especially if the resident parent is a father.
Staff will lie and fabricate reports, and put the non resident parent above the needs and wellbeing of the child.
They do not take complaints seriously.
The reviews for this place speak for themselves. Protect your children and go elsewhere.

This place should be closed down.

EDIT - Foundations, do not insult me by responding which such lies.
I have it on record where staff state they do not record but now you're stating staff record without permission and put it word for word into the reports.

I have it on record where a separate member of staff is telling the child what a horrible, awful place it is.

You all seem to be untrained and completely unaware and out of your depth when it comes to children who have endured abuse. The Non resident parent cries parental alienation and the staff immediately took that side and treated the resident father and the child appallingly.

Foundations think that an abused child should be bullied into contact.

It wouldn't be complicated for staff to lie. Because that's what you all do, staff fabricated our reports, by pretending contact went well when child came out hysterical after being verbally abused and bullied by non resident parent and by staff.

When a complaint was made, it was ignored, denied and brushed under the carpet.
This place is barbaric and not fit for purpose.

Foundations have been absolutely brilliant from day one, they have help me and my ex partner build bridges trust and best of all a steady professional guide to build a solid relationship with my son.

"We shouldn't have to pay to see our child but Foundations isn't funded they have bills like us all, but your getting the service and security for a unbreakable bond" with Foundations guidance.

Over the months I was meeting the staff, every
member of staff is fantastic at there job, and now I can call them all friends.

Foundations has been a great experience, Rome wasn't built in a day, I would recommend them to anyone, just listen and learn foundations will help you and your family.

Thank you so much Foundations.

Terrible place. Staff unwilling to take anything seriously when you make a complaint when (like me) you are the resident parent of a child (especially when you are the father with custody) and all they do when you take it further is try and turn the complaints back on you making you feel like you're in the wrong just for wanting your child to be safe. They don't even stick to their own policies and when you make a complaint based on their policies they answer is that they have to show some flexibility with them. The even breached data protection laws by supplying a document with my address details on it to my ex when from the start it was supposed to be kept confidential. If it wasn't for a court order meaning I have to take my child there I would have found somewhere else a long time age.
