I would seriously consider the other 2 street scenes in bournmouth. There is absolutely no aftercare. I left 1 day earlier than expected as I could not get out of the bed, and they wanted me to do my Cleaning assigned job for a1 hour deep clean. I could argue i was already packed so left 2 stay in a luxury hotel for 2 nights 2 just sleep i was so unwell found out and was hospitalized 2 weeks later with a chest infection and internal bleeding. But they must have needed the bed and stopped all the other clients say any sort of goodbye or exchange numbers and was escorted to my hotel like a prisoner!! Im doing fantastic thank God so it must have helped but still a horrible ending like I was being thrown out rather than chose to it was very odd like I had relapsed which I have not 🤔

I was in Francis House as a resident around the year, 2001, and stayed for 5 months and some change. I went there from the shovel and was the ideal client and ready to change myself. I was a problem towards the end of my time as I was homeless and had no idea how I was going to be able to get a place to live. This was an issue with the staff who had a duty of care to me but couldn't find any other pllace for me to stay. I can see my part in things and I had no part in things. I was discharged for telling someone that, the NA meetings I went to were not good for me and I will do CA in the future...A terrible thing to say. Alas the bods. And the phone I put into the Peter was gone. I had to go to the dhss to work out the amount of cash owed to me as I had not had any personal benefits sorted out in the 5 months there. I was given over 1800 quid and they hounded me for the majority of it.I ended up paying them a total of... Of nothing. Remember that the rehabs are firstly a business that has to make money. I am only saying that as recovery is possible for all by doing the steps and the programme daily as the book says. Ohm,, if you see this Tina, you know what you need to do

Appalling staffing situation. Md with major admitted OCD who makes the lives of the residents an absolute misery every day. Hardcore cleaning duties and cooking has to be done every day. Clinical lead on a power trip. Absolute disgrace. Spent 3.5 months there. Would not recommend. Reported to CQC
