Absolutely terrible service all the hype about being client focused and their here to help you sounds good on paper but the reality is different. The service in the Oxford office is one of arrogance and a total disregard to liaise with family members. When you complain the complaint is not addressed. I hope the senior partner reads this and has the good manners to respond to the atrocious lack of client care
