Good parking around, so less stressful than Whipps. The building is slightly tired but the positive outweighs that. The staff were friendly and helpful. You have to change in the toilets but anything to make it less stressful for patients is always good.

Excellent experience. I was sent by my GP here to have an ECG. I arrived at 8.15 (15 mins before opening) expecting there to be a queue but I was the first to arrive. I went in for my ECG at 8.35am and it only took about 5 minutes. Both members of staff were friendly, professional and put me at ease. An excellent NHS service. We are very lucky to be able to walk into one of these centres for free (you need a GP referral though).

Visited this place to get an ECG done. Good friendly staff n quick service. Feels a bit damp, but does the job. Also have toilets accessible to all patients visiting n good parking space too.

Visited here with a relative to get an ECG monitor fitted. The walk from the nearest bus stop is about 10 minutes. It's a nice little community centre, staff were friendly and I'm sure you can use the space for birthdays and such.

The hall is being used now for heart related support. It's a bit like a typical scout hall but there are plenty of chairs and I got my appointment quickly. There is parking space around the side

I went for a walk-in ECG but there was a note on the door saying there were no walk-in ECG appointments until 3 Jan. My doctor referred me only yesterday so I guess they just decided to take a Christmas holiday without telling anyone. I had a wasted journey and now have to try and find somewhere else. Thanks.

The Service for the blood pressure monitor was poor..
Customer service was none existent..
The 2 staff members require training. No communication on the hour long delay to pi k up monitors..
