My son started Sasha’s classes he struggles in school with ‘self confidence’ honestly it has been amazing in just a matter of weeks how the classes are building his confidence and self worth. The little show and tell performances are great and are so inclusive. The most energetic way to recharge my batteries, whilst listening to some funky sounds and challenging my ideas about what I can do. Sasha is amazing at breaking down moves so even the most uncoordinated can look funky. Oh and all while getting fitter too! What more do I need?
