I have never felt so disappointed and disrespected by anyone more than the receptionist here. She was rude and even another health care professional asked why she spoke to me in a certain way and brushed that off too. I cannot comment on the doctors as my 3 week old baby has not been a priority for them to see. I have called at 8:30 3 days running to be told there are no more appointments. You can request a call back which I did and also never received the call.

I ended up in urgent care with my daughter which could have been avoided.

I am truly saddened by the neglectful care that this doctors surgery have provided and how the staff have acted.

This is an very good surgery. The staff are very professional and friendly and will do their best to help.
You're call is always answered though you may have to queue for a short time which is to be expected and they have a call back service during busy times. You can usually get an appointment on the same day if you phone at 8.30 am.
It's the best surgery I've been too.

Unbelievable to think that in a GP surgery, a place that vulnerable people depend on, your first point of contact is with rude, condescending and disrespectful receptionists who are clearly over qualified for the job role. Either that, or think so highly of themselves that anyone in need is beneath them.
My daughter has been neglected by this practice. I have complained and was met with an unhelpful response from the practice manager, whom I am aware has a duty of care for her staff, however totally disregarded my complaint and told me I was making up the total disrespect I received from the reception staff. On this occasion, I approached the reception desk in tears as I had been calling for days in the hope that someone would see my baby who is in clear pain. The reception had one member of staff on. But apparently, this lady was not rude to me- as another member of staff was there to witness it. Which is FALSE. So not only are they rude, condescending and ignorant, this practice is staffed with liars.

I have now changed practices as I felt uncomfortable to even step foot into such a place. Which has now disrupted my daughter’s routine health checks!

This is the final chance I have this surgery. After I waited months for a referral for my elder daughter, I chased the referral one month later to find out that no member of staff even sent off the referral to start with.

This surgery has many people’s health in their hands and they are nothing but neglectful. Shame on you.

The best GP center ever, as it's very easy to book an appointment for the day or the day after. I am registered elsewhere, where I could never secure an appointment for myself or my family, which is why we have decided to go private. My mum has been registered with them for the past 6 years and not even once we had an issue. The staff members are supper friendly and kind. We book her appointment or order her prescription via the app.

I have been with this surgery for years. I remember Dr Patel and Dr Ullah, both excellent family doctors who treated us very well. The GP's have continued this high standard of care towards my parents. If you get on the phone at around 8.25 in the morning you shouldn't have any problem getting an appointment that day. Yes, you might have to wait in a queue but they are doing their best. I have always found the receptionist to be professional and kind. Treat people how you would like to be treated.

I have over 40 calls I have made from my phone with zero appointments with a GP. Every time is the same old story, phone back tomorrow at 8.30.

I ended up in and out of A&E 3 times because I was unable to get an appointment, which in turn provides a burden on the hospital.

Ended up have to pay out of my own pocket for a private appointment to get a referral for what ultimately was a painful and serious condition. If I had waited any longer to see my gp there was a very real risk that I would have suffered irreversible issues.

I can't comment on the GPs themselves as I am unable to see one as the receptionist seems to be making all the decisions without any medical training or ability to prioritise.

Ultimately the way they are behaving is shameful and fail in their duty of care.

Such a lovely welcome from the receptionist.
Sadly the practitioner I saw I felt was very passive aggressive in her manner. She chose to share with me her 2 conditions which she considered were the same as mine.( I wasn't there to have my condition compared to someone else's )
Although conditions can be put under the same condition. They can effect people differently. She pointed out that her conditions were much worse than mine . Going on to tell me that by placing my focus on my pain made it worse. I do understand the psychology of pain and pain management.
However I can assure her that my back pain is REAL.
Her belittling my condition wasn't very helpful and certainly didn't help .

I have been with this surgery for about 2 years.
I moved to this gp due to not getting the care I believed I needed from my previous GP surgery.
In the last 2 years they have done more for me than my previous gp did in 10 years.
9 out 10 times I have had the help and guidance I needed since moving here.
I'm glad I moved to this surgery.
