NO STARS! GAR and Ricky Stern are not who you need. I had a liver transplant in January of 2023. I signed a GAR form while on my deathbed in December of 2022 that I was not coherent. Needless to say while healing they were doing nothing. When I finally realized they were representing me I had hopes. Yay, finally some help!
NOPE! I had to leave messages that were not responsive and when they were it was regurgitated to me what progress I had already made on my own. I had more frustration than ever and in the end they expect $7000 when I, that is correct I, was the one writing to my senate and congressmen to get my lost/closed/abandoned from COVID case seen and processed. Please avoid GAR Disability Advocates at all cost for your own best interest. Peace be with you all in times of need.

first I want to thank GAR Disability Advocates for helping me win my case. All my phone calls from GAR was very professional and my case worker (advocate lawyer)was very nice. If I could give no stars I would a case manager call me introduce herself, ask me lots of questions about my medical history, social security information, date of birth, all my personal information and did absolutely nothing with it so why take all my personal information if you're just going to hold on to it.. (Suspicious).... I received a letter from Social security stating that I was deny, The reason for the denial was that Gar disability never submitted any of my paperwork to them. So why get all my personal information, what did you do with it?

These people did not do any social security casework on my behalf at all, besides submit an incomplete application. GAR is not dependable, I did not receive one phone call or update in almost over 1 1/2 yrs. Furthermore, I had completed my own social security casework and did all the leg work with the help of my caregiver. Otherwise I would still be suffering or denied because of their GARs reps poor work ethics. Don't hire GAR!

THESE PEOPLE ARE A FRAUD❗️❗️❗️❗️❗️ . My mother constantly had to give THEM information about her SSI status . Basically doing THEIR job. They are rude, unprofessional, disrespectful . They even yelled at my mother over the phone and hung up on her. Shame on all you. RED FLAG❗️?.

This company is a scam/fraudulent. They getting paid to do nothing but have all my information. They supposed to get your social security quicker.. lies.. they want me to send them what social security sends me. Why I'm contacting the FCC. BBB. even the FBI scams. I should of looked beforehand P.O box for address (Red flag)
