ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC service! Highly recommend using Gawn. They have been fantastic from start to finish. Even after they 'did there bit' ( post payment) the support they continue to offer is brilliant! Credit to Mike N especially!

We got off to a good start good communications back and forth but after we had our site visit we thought it odd that a timeframe to complete the calculations wasn't provided but we had noted to our engineer on multiple occasions that we wanted to commence the work the following week.

We then proceeded to need to chase for 3 consecutive days not receiving an update or call back on the first 2 days. Then when we finally did get through we were told that the time frame would be a further 3 weeks. This was completely unacceptable and I found another firm who had this sorted for us in 3 days and cancelled our agreement with Gawn.

Came to site to see a wall we needed some drawings being done for. We were under the impression he was coming to see the work needed so he could quote. Instead he sent us a two pages of notes we never asked for and invoiced us £500! Looking at the other reviews it seems we’re not the only ones with a bad experience. My advice would be to avoid!!

I highly recommend Gawn Associates for their high standard of professional activity. Mr Leslie Gawn does fine accurate work and is quick to communicate is findings and suggestions. Mr Gawn also tries to help his client by suggesting solutions to their problems. He sets a honest price on his work. I appreciated his professional advice and personal support. Appalling business. Took four weeks to provide estimate then despite phone calls on two successive days and being promised a call back both days still waiting to hear from them. Would not recommend using them if this is the best they can offer in way of service.
