A nice National Trust park and woodland area to go and explore. Plenty of parking available but there are some steep hills to walk up as you go around the walks in the place. I've been here a few times with my family and we've always enjoyed it.

One of the best NT sites we visit, so many different walking routes and areas to explore. You could easily spend the whole day up here, whether it be on your own, in a couple or a family. There is a cafe and a pizza place on site, but the place is so big I'd recommend taking drinks and food with you and find a nice spot for a picnic.

I absolutely love this place. The parking is plentiful and the whole park is well maintained. I am a national trust member so do not have to pay to get in but it is very expensive. The star I'm dropping is the cost in the cafe. It's absurd! £3.30 for a small bottle of water. Definitely bring your own food and drinks. Otherwise it's absolutely stunning and love walking here.

Lovely area to walk around. Mostly flat path, but some can be rocky under foot. Great for families. There are plenty of places for a rest and picnics. Lots to see and do. Lovely views and fab play areas.

A national trust venue known for its gardens and relic buildings.
It has pleasant walks to various elements within the grounds.
£16.50 entry for adults- non members.
There are several cafes and a pizza hut on site.
A nice place to visit and enjoy the views.
