I FEEL VERY SAD. I have been buying furnitures and home appliances from street angels for the past one year and I don’t get value for my money , I bought a fridge for over 2weeks and it’s not working and I have been calling them, went there twice for them to pick it up , they are not responding. I can’t preserve my food items anymore this is not nice at all.

Went into the Chatham store couple of days ago and asked a price, 5 min later the person never came back, so I asked another person, they came back with a price and told us the other person was just sitting out the back and he’d forgotten about us 😂🤦🏻‍♂️ Absolutely useless when it comes to a delivery. Second time I’ve had problems when delivered something. I know you you’re a charity and do great things but at least get people in who know what they are doing.

Absolutely an fantastic, brilliant and excellent charity shop. Had a nice day. Staff are polite and caring and helpful. Absolutely fantastic charity for homeless people and people who cannot afford anything. It was excellent helping out this charity. Cleaning everything we could. Well done to every single staff member that works here.
