Very rude staff! If you hire this hall be aware that personnel incharge don’t actually work on the weekends so if there is any problems you will have to wait until the Thursday to speak to manager.
Treated with utter disrespect, including my guests. When confronted it was just denied.
Definitely not recommending the venue to anyone to hire which is a shame as its a beautiful hall.
Its a community centre which should make people feel welcomed and approachable and they do the complete opposite, they all need a lesson in how to deal with public as they all seem to cover each others back!
Never ever again!

This newly opened venue has three rooms for hire, two large ones and one small meeting room.

The centre is managed by volunteers who have been doing so for many years and are always welcoming.

Always very helpful and efficient. All the staff are professional. Glad I found this surgery after my other one closed down. They have helped my through many health issues and referred me when necessary. Thank you Goodinge Group.
