I emailed Grace Cares asking about a wheelchair for my Mom. Response was quick! I went in today and was met with a very friendly face - she showed me the wheelchairs and I picked one! Was shown how to collapse it/use it etc and she let me try it in my car boot to make sure I could get it in. I then asked about other possible aids that would be useful - the lady was very accommodating, showing me what was available and making suggestions. It’s a wonderful place! The video on the website showing where to find the unit was also really helpful!

Fabulous, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful staff. I bought a rising/lowering bath seat and it is in excellent condition and so much cheaper and more environmentally friendly than buying new. Grace Cares is fab ! It’s tricky to find though, so phone for detailed directions beforehand !

I donated a wheelchair and crutches to this lovely charity. They were really communicative and Emma was really helpful, a lovely volunteer even collected it. So glad it can be of use to someone else and reused rather than ending up in landfill. Thank you.

Contacted Grace Cares to arrange to view a bed for an elderly relative still living at home. Fast and professional response, arranged to meet on a Monday. Arrived and greeted by Hannah who is lovely and was so good with the kids! Bed in perfect clean condition as is all the other equipment in the room. Prices are, if anything, a little low - but this allows greater access for those short of money. As Hannah helped us load up the bed, she explained how Grace Cares began and all the help they provided to the local community. When we needed this service a few years ago we couldn’t find any support and we are pleased that we now know the place to contact! It’s a great cause and when we inevitably are in need of more care equipment, we will be straight back! Thank you so much Grace Cares. You’re really making a big difference to peoples quality of living.

A lovely young lady brought me out today a trolly table that I've been wanting for a long time, I'm really pleased with it. I am so glad I found her, she was telling me all about what things they do & collect to sell for a small fee. If you need anything in the way of home aids I would definitely contact her first to see what she has available

A very helpful, happy team of people. We got exactly what we needed, with no hassle and at a very good price. My husband needed a mobility aid with a seat, as he had become unsteady on his feet and needs frequent rest. The team even adjusted the height of the handles to avoid him stooping. I highly recommend Grace Cares.

WOW!!! What can i say about Grace Cares. They have helped me so so much even went out there way to search there storage for a wheel chair for me after i had a nasty fall whilst on holiday and dislocated and fractured my ankle. The kindness, help and support were amazing words can not describe how you have helped me. I am sat here crying because i can finally feel safe moving around instead of crawling around on my hands and knees. The lovely Pippa who even delivered my wheel chair was such a lovely lady so again thank you and like i said this does'nt even come close to how greatful i am
