👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻Very rude way ,of answering-helping back from the local Pinner staff… when asked (just before they closed ..)if they can Re-Collect back a full bag of sand left behind by their Customer-builder (when ever it’s possible off course -not in the same day)right next to my house ,with a distance of just 5 minutes away between their yard and this”so called customer “!!!.These kind of materials shouldn’t be delivered from beginning ,if there’re no skips -recycling measures -in place for them.👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻.I wouldn’t mind the fact that it wasn’t possible it just the rude way the staff advised me to hire my own skip (as a neighbour of the actual builder)and start shovelling everything myself 😠👎🏻👎🏻….The bag was left behind for more then 12 months by the builder in the public road and also Council refusing to deal with this matter…as well!!..Rubish start building up due to the encouraging way everything way the materials were left behind !!…☹️

I went there on a Thursday mid afternoon between 3-4pm as Google states they’re opened until after 5pm. When I got there the gates were closed and staff were cleaning the floor outside. They told me they were closed and to come back Monday. Ended up going to Wickes for reliability. It’s a shame 😳

Ok place to buy proper building material.
Maybe not the cheapest but very handily placed as there is nothing else for a long way around and it saves on time which is not to be underestimated. Very good for bricks and sand etc.
Friendly helpful guys working there who may give you advice if needed.

Good lads easy drop
Beware you need to parkup in road opposite and reverse in to yard, good banking, they hold traffic.
