Excellent library. Recently renovated, clear separation between quiet workspaces and kid-friendly areas. Located in a walkable, accessible part of town. You can just walk in, no questions asked

Went to the library yesterday, and the lady at the front desk was so kind and courteous . I'm now a member and promise to spend loads of free time there. Heard her speaking nicely to a staff member also!

The best place in Gravesend! Nicola and Charlotte are the most helpful library staff you will meet and continue the work of a long line of professionals who have helped me over many years. This is a gem of a place and the new Reference section is a great place to use. Long May it continue.

Helpful friendly community. Good community room available to groups free of charge. Toilets often out of order only down side.
Visited last two days, had a relaxing time both at group meeting upstairs and downstairs around the information boards and seating area. I discovered today you can also sit outside in the courtyard area.
The library now has a very inviting feel to it and the children's section is wonderful.

This is a smashing little library. A really pleasant place to browse in and a good selection of books . The staff are really helpful and are always on hand to offer help and advice.
