Always been a lovely shop. Lady on shop floor very nice and we always have a chat. I use this shop every couple of weeks, dropping off items and usually buying while I'm in there 🙂 I always look forward to it.
What a shame that due to the rudeness of the manageress I feel I now cannot go in this shop 😕
I am currently on palliative cancer treatment and was refused a refund although I had my receipt. I would have gladly had a credit note and spent the money in there but instead I left the shop in tears reduced to tears 😢
Not the way to manage a shop, especially one that may well have people coming in that are going through a tough time.

I don’t think they accept donations any more. I’ve tried multiple times recently and been told they can’t take anything at the moment.
