If you have a relative with dementia and they show any sign of challenging behaviour that goes with dementia then don't bring them to this care home. They lack the patience and training to adequately deal with or manage it.

My father in law was in here for a few weeks .
I found the place very dark and depressing.
Apparently there was entertainment staff we never saw them.
The only activity we heard of was bingo and that was just for the families of the residents .
My father in law was left on the commode so long with no help.he called the police to come and help him .
I personally did not like this care home and dad was quickly moved to another .

Grays court is a very caring care home. The staff are so caring and professional. I would highly recommend this care home to anyone making the hard decision of placing a loved one into a care home. Nothing is ever to much of a problem. They should all be very proud of there selves.

They cared for both my Grandparents, from 2021-2023. Nothing was ever any trouble, I personally feel so grateful that we got them into such a lovely, kind and caring, home, thank you everyone xx
