4 stars: It is ok. I think It needs lots of TLC (tender living care) because the building interior looks derelict. In need of renovation.

Location:
- Off main road residential area.
- Busy cul de sac.
- There is flats on the corner at end car park.
- Another building (perpendicular to church) seeming to accommodate a club?
- Another building (paralleling the hall) accommodate after school clubs for young children, it seems.

So quite a few people for such a small space.

Access and Parking:
- Access road is narrow but cars can probably park tightly one behind another until main road (8-10 cars).
- Access road lead to the small car park for 10 cars maximum (possibly 12 if drivers were mindful of the space they take when parking - but most are not mindful). Therefore come early

Not sure about parking restrictions on main road.
