Good place, amazing staff however very unprofessional management team

Its a great place for the residents to get together and have a good time. The staff and the facilities are very nice. However next time if I will be having any event there, I will be very hesitant due to the way the whole booking was managed and dealt by the so called management committee of this place. Its such a shame for such a nice place to have this kind of unresponsiveness and lack of clarity.

One genuine suggestion for anybody planning an event there in future, please please do get everything in writing about what is all included in the booking, what you can take there from your end and what you need to almost forcefully buy from the place, what kind of clean up is required after the party etc etc. If you face any long periods of unresponsiveness from the club's "decision makers" them please take it as a sign that they are going to give you lot of stress at the last minute. At that time just start looking for the other options for your event. The management will simply and shamelessly deny whatever they must have agreed earlier with you for the event. The last minute confusion is absolutely not worth it.

I hope this review is taken in the right spirit by the team and some good booking process/reliable management team members can be introduced for the club. As I would still say that the place in itself is very nice.

We played here on the 3/2/24 Very friendly place, wish we'd started later and gone on longer as the crowd wanted more when we'd been on since 8:30 🙂

I don’t usually leave reviews but have to, the staff were outstanding. Excellent service, very friendly and made you feel welcomed. Really nice people. Venues nice, drinks cheap, shows football, has a outdoor space. Highly recommend this place to anyone. Thank you to the staff !
