Despite being a long term customer I am shocked by the appalling customer service I’ve received from Green People. I frequently buy their ‘Fragrance free’ face cleanser, however the last two have had a distinct strange ‘Indian spice’ smell to them. This is not normal and it has NEVER smelt like this in the years I’ve been buying it. I contacted Green People who said two other customers had said the same and they were now ‘investigating it’ and that they had smelt it in house and agreed it didn’t smell right. They offered to send a ‘new batch’ to me which would be due on 17th Feb. I agreed to be sent one from a new batch - hopefully one that didn’t smell of Indian spices! To my surprise I suddenly received a new cleaner in the post, however I looked and it was the exact same batch number as the other one that smelt. I opened it and guess what - it smells exactly the same and as revolting as the previous one I complained about. I contacted green people to tell them however no one bothered to reply, I emailed again and someone finally replied saying how they had had ‘no other complaints’ but that they were waiting for it to be investigated! This person was clearly lying to me as initially I was told that there had been other complaints. They’ve now offered to just refund me as an easy way out. I’m totally shocked by their lack of care of trying to resolve this and for the fact they are still sending out this ‘dodgy batch’ to people despite it being (supposedly) investigated.
The batch number for the dodgy smelling cleanser is: 092411 for anyone else who may be concerned they’re washing their face with this cleanser.
I absolutely won’t be purchasing from Green People again, as clearly they don’t care about their loyal customers and worse still, they like send you items that are being investigated!

Products are exceptional. However, Green People. Why do you not set up a European branch in Norway so those living in the EU avoid paying customs tax? Why do you not offer a collect in person alternative? Customs taxes have to be paid by those ordering from the EU and in the UK your products can only be delivered to a home address. You could achieve far more customers if you did just those 2 business initiatives!

From sun cream to make-up, shampoo to self tan - I love that Green People offer natural products that you can truly trust! Their sun lotion is lightweight and great for acne-prone skin. 100% recommend!

It's the first time I'm leaving a review online but this one ✧ REALLY DESERVES IT ✧. I ordered Organic Clear Skin Foaming Face Wash OY! on 10th of July and even though it said it might take some time to deliver it came on 12th, 2 days later! Whilst ordering you can choose some freebies which is a nice addition. I'm a 24 yo girl who never had many problems with the skin but I do have my struggles. My skin is quite mixed up, depading on the day. But I was looking for something that would help me with pimples rather then doing the opposite and not overdry my skin. Now every face wash I buy in a normal drug store always left my skin a bit red no metter how 'delicate' it was supposed to be and it was never really working. I decided to look for something more natural online and that's how I found green people. They got me with the price which was a bit more expensive then what I'm used to spending but at the same time not as expensive as other products. And it works!! I haven't been using it long enough to see proper results but it doesn't leave my skin red at all which is such a relief!! It doesn't smell very nicely but it's something you get used to and I'd rather have this smell then irritated skin. Definitely recommending this product! 🙂

Great product, In Love with the mascara the best I have tried ! Downside is that one of the Shampoo I bought had sodium coco sulfate so make sure you read the ingredient not all product are 100% natural

I've used Green People products for years. It's been amazing for my dry/sensitive skin.

P.s. the children hand sanitiser is a nice alternative to harsh soaps in public places.

Appalling customer service and very rude staff. My order was sent to a different address , they tried to insinuate that I have inserted the wrong address and wrong email( the email they had on record was also not mine) . I tried to explain that it was probably a glitch in their order system but they kept blaming it on me. They refused to refund me or resend my order. They just stated that if my order gets returned they’ll send it back to me!
