Terrible. 5th and 6th birthday party booked and paid for. No one turned up to unlock the room and the gate. 40 children waiting outside in the rain. Eventually a drunk man came to unlock the room. Who had no remorse saying ‘sorry I forgot’. Will never be using again

Waiting to host a party at 2pm and NO ONE is here to unlock the gates and community centre. Parents and children starting to arrive. Cars starting to block the road. DISGUSTING. Where on earth is the key holder!!!!!
