In 2005, a life-changing event shattered my expectations for the future, affecting not only me but my close family as well. I was forced to reassess my financial outlook. It was recommended I seek advice from Greystone Financial Services, and I met with Helen, one of their financial advisors. She took the time to get to know me and my parents, she advised us on how to manage our new financial reality. The plan had to be very long-term. Helping us navigate the complex financial world to avoid risk but still gain on investments.
Helen has continued to provide invaluable assistance ever since. Greystone has never been further away than an email, a phone call, or a visit. Over the years, Helen has continued to represent Greystone as she continually reviews our requirements, discussing any recommended changes, and makes the necessary arrangements once we have agreed. Dealt with Faye Ashe and Charlotte Serrage to sort out one of my pensions. I wanted to take the 25% tax free lump sum but because my policy with Royal London was underfunded I had to go to the open market and Greystone were recommended to me. Total professionalism throughout, what else can I say. A far cry from other IFA's who I contacted to get quotes from. I just organised my Annuity with Faye and Charlotte at Greystone. Even during the Coronavirus lockdown they were quick and efficient and kept me posted through the whole process. The commission they received was taken from the lump sum paid to the provider so i didnt have to pay a penny and the Annuity they got me was almost 20% higher than their competitors due to health issues and the thorough job they did - so I really am pleased to have found them online - and weirdly they are local to me - 5 out of 5 🙂
