Rang to ask if they'd like a bed base we no longer needed. They responded very pleasantly with yes, please. Item was collected by 2 lovely guys, who arrived within the promised half hour following a phone call to tell me they were on the way. More efficient than many big delivery companies..

Stated opening hours are until 2 pm weekdays, sign on door says they leave at 12:00, not helpful

Phoned up to check they were open, checked chest of drawers and matching desk were wanted. Declined pick up service and delivered 20 minutes later to the Trowbridge warehouse only to be told " I suppose we'll have to take it now. The warehouse is full! "
Reluctantly our donation was accepted. !! We donate because we want to
a) help people less fortunate than ourselves,
b) Wish to donate to a charity that doesn't pay it's CEO £186000 pa. - British Heart Foundation.
C) Do not want to waste needlessly and polite the planet.
We shall not be giving to the Group 5 again.
