I have found my GROW worker so helpful just over the past 4 or 5 months of seeing her, she has helped me with so much and my confidence and mental health has definitely excelled. I have watched my sister work with her GROW worker and she has found her so great and so helpful and she has brought the light back to her and she is the one person she trusts out of everyone she has had help from. I would recommend GROW to any girl that is struggling from the smallest things to struggling to do everything.
